I guess this is how most girls feel about every guy in their life. Every girl wants the smart, popular jock of their class but in the end they are hte ones feeling bad because of the choices they made. Girls do not realize that it should be the love provided to them towards where they should be going not the ones who do nothing but gain attention and use you as their benefit.

Since January, I guess I have been more organized, and because I have been going to a private school since 8th grade I have been exposed to different people and different cultures. I guess on the overcoming part was that I actually faced my fear that I actually sat in a college class without being absent, or leaving early. I have become stronger in a way that I can meet and talk to other people without being shy or fearing what others may think of me. One thing I accomplished was participating more in class, then I usually do in my high school classes.

I deal with stress by working out and listening to music at the same time, and then afterwards I go and take a really cold shower. This helps me to stay healthy, awake so I do my work, and it helps me calm down about everything. I did hear it does help working with a friend with homework and stuff but with me and my friends whenever we sit down to do homework, we all usually get distracted easily, so its kind of hard getting things done other than shopping with friends. The best way usually to deal with stress is to just take a nap and/ or take a break from whatever you are doing. Then when you come back, come with a positive attitude that you will for sure get things done.

The most creative thing I did as a child was probably making up stories, I am not as good as I used to be now, but if you ask my elementary teachers, they will all probably tell you that I was the most creative person when it came to writing stories. Yeah, it has been a while, but it is because the less time and more school stuff to be doing, and because of subjects like math, chemistry, history and other stressful subjects there are to face, being busy in those kind of stopped my creative side. I could do it now, but it all depends on when is the next time I will be getting free time.

Blogging has been a great experience actually, its just a way to kill time and relax and write your feelings about a given topic about basically anything. Even though I havent been doing it a lot, because of pressure of time and the amount of work to be doing at the same time, I usually take blogging as a way to spend free time, so yeah blogging you could say has been a great experience with me. Thank you Mrs. Goldfarb, this was actually fun.

THe movie silence of the lamps was the movie that won the oscar on my birth year. I watched it on Saturday night and I completely fell in love with the movie. To me it was an incredibly suspenseful movie and everybody acted so great. It is a powerful example of how great a movie can be when the whole team such as the writers, directors, actors, and others work really hard. It basically showed that one day you are going to get caught no matter what you do. I think this movie truly deserved the oscar.

mental breakdown: outta my system by bow wow – i love this song because every girl wishes their man felt this way after their breakup.

driving: elevator by flo rida – i guess these days everybody likes this song, its like at every party I go to, and on almost everybodys facebook/ myspace page.

flashback: one wish by ray j – this song was my favorite song when i was a freshman in high school, i guess because it was one of those songs that made me cry

wedding: i dont need a man by the pussycat dolls – i love everything about this song, even the title, the lyrics are just like if every woman lived with them then their lives would be perfect.

birth of a child: last night by p. diddy – the first time i heard this song was when I was betrayed by a friend, i guess this song kind of described my feelings then.

Blog 3: Traveling to a New Perspective

Until I was seven years old, I was living in America. So when my dad came and told me that he was going to send my mom and me and my sisters to India, I just thought it would be like living in a highly technological place like America. I was wrong, like big time wrong. India was like living in a farm, without the animals, even though I lived in a normal house, like everybody else did over there. Unlike smelling the brewed coffee my mom makes every morning, I had to smell the bread and the meat being cooked. I half the time did not like at all. The driving system has no discipline and there are no roads, the ground is all dirt. You had to wash the laundry with your own hands and the shops there were completely disorganized. When I was around 13 I went back with my mom and my sisters, during my vacation. Until then I wondered what attracted tourists, such as my best friends dad, to travel to India. Going back I realized India is an incredible combination of modernity and tradition. It’s among the leading tourist destinations all over the world. In fact, millions of people visit India every year and after their tours, they are able to carry sweet memories that can last a lifetime. Also, going to India opens your mind very much; you see your blessings, looking at even rich kids over there. For example, schools are very far from all houses, so every kid has to go in crowded buses or six maximum goes in one taxi, those do not even have doors, which is very unsafe. Going to India made me a better person, it opened my eyes to many things about life; such as: thankfulness, courage, and caring about the others. Life is all about discovering things, but you could only discover them, if you get out of your comfort zone and daily routine.
